Short Description:

This machine is a testing instrument used to measure the concentration of pencil lead. Specifically, it measures the reflection optical density (represented by the symbol d: d=Lg1/R450, where R450 is the diffuse reflectance brightness factor of the sample for blue light with a wavelength of 450nm, that is, under certain illumination conditions and in a given direction, the ratio of the reflected light brightness of the sample to the ideal diffuse reflectance brightness under the same conditions) of the lead traces scribed on a specified sample paper.
