Short Description:

The erasure rate tester consists of two machines: the coloring paper production machine and the eraser wiping machine. First, a sharpened 0.6MM high-grade HB pencil is used to draw a line on the test paper fixed on the roller of the test paper production machine at a 75-degree angle under a load of 0.3kgf, at a speed of 310±10cm/min. The test paper is then removed and fixed on the eraser wiping machine. The eraser test piece is brought into vertical contact with the test paper, and the test is conducted by wiping back and forth four times at a speed of 36±2CM/MIN under a standard load of 0.5KG. After that, the test paper is removed and the concentration is measured using a lead concentration meter. This machine can also be used for eraser wear rate testing.
