The system automatically assesses mattress firmness and measures dimensional stability, providing comprehensive, standards-compliant data on durability, comfort, and safety for innerspring, foam, and fiber mattresses.

2 Pavement durability test device (1) Mechanical device capable of driving the roller to move relatively horizontally on the surface of the mattress: the rotational moment of inertia of the roller is (0.5±0.05) kg /m ², the loading frequency should be (16±2) times /min, the static load is (1400±7) N, and the test times are greater than 30,000 times.

3 Edge durability test device (1) Loading pad size: 380*495*75mm. Its surface is hard and smooth. It is connected to the test equipment and can rotate on the vertical plane around the horizontal axis.

4 Height measurement device (1)Height measurement accuracy: ±0.5mm;

5 Hardness and softness testing device (1) Loading pad: A rigid cylinder with a smooth surface and a diameter of 355mm, its end face is a protruding spherical surface with a radius of curvature of 800mm, and the radius of curvature of its front edge is 20mm.

(3) Operating speed during loading and unloading: (90±5) mm/min. The system can be set arbitrarily from 0.01 to 200mm/min.
(4) Loading deflection curve: The relationship between the force value applied by the loading pad on the specimen and the corresponding depression value;
(5) The hardness value (Hy) of the mattress is the average of the slopes (the ratio of the loading force N to the depth of the depression at the loading point in mm) of the loading deflection curve at 210N, 275N and 340N.
(6) Softness and hardness display method: numbers and text. Hardness grade: It is expressed by the range of numbers 1 to 10 to indicate the softness or hardness of the product: Hs=1 to 5 is considered a hard mattress (the smaller the number, the harder it is). Hs=6 to 10 indicates a soft mattress (the larger the number, the softer it is).
6 Appearance The main frame is made of high-grade industrial aluminum profiles with a cross-sectional area of 80*80mm. The connection parts are treated with sheet metal and baked paint.
