The Comprehensive Furniture Mechanical Performance Testing Machine is a multifunctional testing system designed to evaluate the mechanical strength, stability, and durability of furniture. It is suitable for tables, chairs, stools, cabinets, and single beds used in homes, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial environments.

The system simulates loads generated during normal use and habitual misuse, applying static or repeated forces to different furniture components. Multiple testing axes can operate independently or in coordination, allowing different test procedures to be performed on the same platform.

The machine adopts a modular high-strength aluminum frame, a reinforced steel-and-aluminum base, multi-channel force and displacement control, and computer-based data acquisition. Up to eight cylinders can operate simultaneously, making it suitable for comprehensive furniture testing in manufacturers’ laboratories and professional testing facilities.
