The Floor Spring Durability Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the durability and service life of floor springs used in decorative doors. It simulates repeated opening and closing operations during daily use, allowing manufacturers and testing laboratories to assess the long-term performance and reliability of floor spring mechanisms.

The test specimen is securely connected to the testing machine, while a pneumatic lifting mechanism simulates the movement of the door. The machine repeatedly opens and closes the door within a configurable angle range of 0° to 90° at an adjustable speed of 1–10 cycles/min. A high-capacity counter records the completed test cycles.

With a servo motor, pneumatic door simulation system, quick clamping fixture, and adjustable testing structure, the machine provides stable and repeatable durability testing for architectural door hardware.
