Office Chair Armrest Fatigue Testing Machine

Short Description:

The Office Chair Armrest Fatigue Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the durability and fatigue resistance of office chair armrests under repeated lateral loading. The test applies cyclic force to the armrest at an angle of 10° from the vertical line, simulating repeated side pressure that may occur during normal use.

The chair is securely fixed to the test platform, while the loading fixture can be adjusted according to the chair structure and testing position. With its adjustable cylinder force direction, the machine can also be used for testing other furniture components such as chair seats and footrests, making it a versatile testing solution for furniture manufacturers and laboratories.

A precision pressure regulation system ensures stable loading force, while the PLC and touchscreen control system provides real-time display of test speed, frequency, cycle count, and force.
