Short Description:

This computer-controlled double-column universal tensile testing machine adopts high-precision load cell sensor for digital data acquisition. It can complete a full range of mechanical property tests for various materials: tensile, elongation, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, as well as closed-loop tests including constant stress, constant strain, creep and stress relaxation. Equipped with optional auxiliary fixtures, it can also perform torsion, cupping and other special tests.

It is widely applicable for physical performance detection of textiles, plastic films, laminated films, woven bags, flexible packaging materials, adhesives, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive stickers, rubber, paper, fiber and filament products, covering tensile force, peeling force, tear resistance, heat seal strength and bonding strength testing. The matched clamps can be replaced flexibly to switch different test items according to testing standards.
