The Water Tank Fittings Durability Testing Machine is designed for durability and service life testing of toilet water tank fittings, primarily including inlet valves and flush valves. It simulates repeated operating actions under controlled water pressure to evaluate the long-term reliability and durability of the tested components.

The equipment provides adjustable upper and lower operating force limits and displays the real-time operating force and water supply pressure during testing. It supports static and dynamic pressure adjustment up to 1.0 MPa, with a test force range of 0–50 N and a cycle setting range of 1 to 990,000 cycles.

The machine features a circulating water system, constant-pressure water supply, adjustable pneumatic loading mechanism, liquid-level sensing, automatic alarm and shutdown functions, and movable fixtures. It can accommodate flush valves with 2-inch and 3-inch installation requirements, making it suitable for professional toilet tank fitting durability testing.

The equipment is designed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 26730-2011, including inlet valve durability, flush valve durability, and the durability testing requirements specified in Appendix E.
