Short Description:

The Bathtub Hot and Cold Water Thermal Shock Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the resistance of bathtubs to repeated hot and cold water cycles. The equipment automatically supplies controlled hot and cold water to simulate temperature changes that may occur during actual bathtub use.

The system is equipped with independent hot and cold water tanks with a capacity of at least 500 L. Water temperature can reach approximately 90°C for hot water and 15°C for cold water, with a controllable flow rate of 20–22 L/min.

By repeatedly exposing the bathtub to alternating hot and cold water, the Bathtub Thermal Shock Tester helps identify potential problems such as cracking, deformation, coating damage, leakage, or other performance degradation.

The equipment features automatic water replenishment and a detachable test platform with heavy-duty casters, making transportation and on-site installation more convenient.
