The Servo Bed Frame Strength and Durability Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the structural strength, durability, and long-term performance of bed frames and bed structures under repeated loading conditions.

The machine uses two independently adjustable electric cylinders to apply controlled forces to both sides of the bed. A typical test force can be set at 950 ± 50 N, with up to 50,000 cycles for long-term durability testing.

The two testing stations can operate independently, while the servo-controlled system allows users to set test force, displacement, speed, holding time, cycle count, and safety limits. Real-time force curves, displacement, and test cycles can be displayed and recorded through the control software.
