The Zero Height Drop Testing Machine is designed for drop impact testing of large and heavy packages to evaluate their resistance to impact during transportation, handling and loading operations. It helps manufacturers assess packaging strength and verify the rationality of packaging designs.

The machine uses a rapidly moving E-shaped support fork to hold the test package. During testing, the fork quickly moves downward and separates from the package, allowing the package to fall freely onto the impact platform. The system supports face, edge and corner drop tests.
