Short Description:

The Servo Carton Compression Tester is designed to evaluate the compressive strength, deformation and load-bearing performance of cartons, corrugated boxes and other packaging containers. Equipped with a high-precision load cell, Panasonic servo motor and ball screw transmission system, the machine provides stable and accurate compression testing under computer control.

The tester offers multiple capacity options from 500 kg to 50,000 kg, with a force resolution of 1/100,000 and adjustable compression speeds from 0.01 to 300 mm/min. Test space can also be customized according to different specimen sizes, making it suitable for both standard carton testing and large packaging applications.

The computer-controlled software displays real-time compression curves and supports multiple international measurement units. In addition to compression testing, the system can perform compression-holding and tension-holding tests, providing greater flexibility for packaging material research and quality control.

It is suitable for carton manufacturers, packaging companies, logistics and transportation industries, testing laboratories, quality inspection institutions and research organizations. The equipment can be configured for testing requirements related to TAPPI T804, JIS Z 0212 and GB/T 4857 standards.
