This instrument is to drop the steel ball freely on the sample of soft foam or other elastic materials. The instrument for measuring the rebound height is mainly used to measure the rebound performance (rebound coefficient) of polyurethane elastic materials.

The instrument adopts photoelectric technology, electromagnetic control, and the digital tube displays the measured value. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, good repeatability, convenient use, and beautiful appearance. At the same time, it uses two methods of visual inspection and instrument test, which not only increases the credibility of the instrument, It is also convenient for users to compare and use, and provides a practical and feasible instrument measurement method for accurately measuring the resilience performance of elastic materials such as soft foam plastics, reducing human errors and visual fatigue.

Test Requipment

Once the material is formed, it should be stored for at least 72 hours before testing. Before the test, the sample should be conditioned for at least 16 hours in an environment with a temperature of 23±2°C and a relative humidity of 45%-50%, and then test in the above-mentioned environment.
1. For the cuboid of the sample, the upper and lower surfaces should be parallel to each other, and the sample is not allowed to have skin
