Short Description:

The Sand and Dust Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the resistance of electrical and electronic products, automotive components, motorcycle parts, seals, and enclosures to dust and sand ingress.

The chamber simulates dusty environmental conditions that may occur during outdoor operation, storage, transportation, or vehicle movement. It circulates controlled dust through the test chamber to determine whether airborne particles can penetrate product enclosures or seals and cause potentially harmful effects.

The equipment supports testing with different particle sizes, including fine dust below 75 μm and coarse dust below 150 μm. Dust concentration, airflow velocity, and other test conditions can be controlled according to the required test procedure.
