Short Description:

The UV Accelerated Weathering Test Chamber is designed to simulate the damaging effects of sunlight, rain, and dew on materials through controlled UV exposure, condensation, and spray cycles.

The chamber uses UVA-340, UVA-313, or UVA-351 fluorescent UV lamps to reproduce different UV exposure conditions. By combining light, temperature, humidity, condensation, and water spray, it can accelerate the aging process and reproduce outdoor weathering effects in a much shorter period.

The UV Weathering Test Chamber can be used to evaluate fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, embrittlement, strength loss, oxidation, and other aging phenomena. Test results help manufacturers compare materials, optimize formulations, and evaluate product durability.

The equipment is suitable for coatings, paints, plastics, rubber, printing and packaging materials, aluminum profiles, adhesives, automotive components, metals, electronics, and other products requiring accelerated weathering evaluation.
