The Spring Repeated Compression Testing Machine is designed to evaluate the compression fatigue, durability, and service life of springs through repeated compression cycles.

Before testing, the spring is measured to determine its specified height and then positioned between the upper and lower compression plates. The machine repeatedly compresses the spring to a predetermined height at a controlled frequency. After reaching the preset number of cycles, the equipment automatically stops, allowing the spring to be inspected and evaluated for deformation, fatigue, or other performance changes.

The machine features an adjustable compression stroke of 0–300 mm and a test speed of 0–40 cycles/min. An AC variable-frequency motor provides stable repetitive motion, while the LCD counter can record up to 999,999 cycles.

It is suitable for spring manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, mattress manufacturers, automotive component suppliers, and testing laboratories requiring repeated compression and fatigue testing.
