2.Using company’sembedded modules control motor, not only increasig motor speed accordingly, but also simplifing the interface of the instrument wit PC. The PCand instruments are linked throung the USB line and S-terminal line.

4.Surface light formaed by 24 groups independent light source, each group is constant current source driver and 200-step continuous variable.
5.With company-specific CNC measuring software, it greatly improves the measurement efficiency.
